Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Contact form data: 3 years from the last contact, the usual period for B2B prospecting. Security data (IP address, browser, messages rejected by the anti-spam): 30 days at most, then automatically deleted; the IP address also appears in the notification email of an accepted request, kept with that request. Audience measurement and B2B prospecting data: 13 months maximum from when it was collected, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@elio-robot.fr.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority — cnil.fr.
Cookies and trackers
On your first visit, a banner asks you to accept, reject or customize cookies that are not strictly necessary. Only cookies essential to the site's operation are set without consent; audience measurement and the identification of visiting companies start only after your explicit agreement, category by category. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the link in the footer.
