Robots by use

Autonomous cleaning robots.

An autonomous cleaning robot scrubs, sweeps or vacuums floors by following a map of your site, with no operator. Elio compares the models on the market against your surfaces, floors and schedules, then installs and maintains them in France.

Our flagship robots

The two models we recommend.

  • Pudu

    Pudu MT1

    Spot. Sweep. Repeat.

The Pudu MT1 is an autonomous sweeper for large industrial and logistics sites: it spots debris using artificial intelligence and cleans up to 6,000 m²/h in targeted mode, according to the manufacturer.

    Battery life
4 to 8 h depending on the cleaning level
    Charging time
    Under 3 h
    Payload / capacity
    Debris bin 35 L
  • Keenon

    Keenon KLEENBOT C40

    Sweep. Scrub. Ride up.

The Keenon KLEENBOT C40 is a 4-in-1 cleaning robot (sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, dust mopping) that recognizes carpet and hard floors on its own, and rides elevators and goes through doors to clean several floors.

    Battery life
Up to 5 h scrubbing, up to 12 h sweeping
    Charging time
    2 h (swappable battery)
    Payload / capacity
    Clean water 16 L, dirty water 11 L, dust bag 8 L

How it works

How a cleaning robot works

Four top-down scenes: the robot records the hall map, zones and schedule are set, it cleans in parallel passes around the furniture, then returns to its charging station.
  1. 1. MappingHALLMap recorded

    Mapping

The robot is guided through the premises once: it records the map and the areas to clean.

  2. 2. SchedulingHALLZone AScrubbingZone BVacuuming10 pm

    Scheduling

You choose the areas, the mode (scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming depending on the model) and the schedule, at night for instance.

  3. 3. Parallel passesHALLClean

    Parallel passes

It covers the area in successive strips and goes around furniture and people.

  4. 4. Back to the stationHALLStation

    Back to the station

It returns to its station to recharge; depending on the model, it also empties and refills its water there.

How to choose

Four criteria that make the difference.

  1. 01

    Floor type

Hard floors, carpet or both: 4-in-1 robots combine vacuuming and scrubbing, while sweepers handle large industrial areas.

  2. 02

    Area and passageways

Large halls, narrow corridors, furniture: the robot's size and navigation (LiDAR, cameras) determine the right model.

  3. 03

    Runtime and emptying

Some models recharge, empty and refill themselves at a station; others need someone at every cycle.

  4. 04

    Multiple floors

To clean several levels unassisted, the robot must communicate with elevators and doors.

Frequently asked questions

The essentials.

Related industries

No. It takes over repetitive passes on large areas; the team focuses on detail work, restrooms and quality checks.

A scrubber washes the floor with water and collects the dirty water. A sweeper picks up dry debris, often on large industrial sites, like the Pudu MT1.

Yes: Elio arranges a free on-site demo with the model suited to your premises.

Both: purchase, or a 36-month rental with installation, maintenance, insurance and replacement included.
