Our approach

Choosing the right service robot starts with understanding your site.

Elio is an independent integrator. We analyze your flows before recommending a robot, compare several brands, let you test the robot for free at your site, then take care of its maintenance.

01 — The situation

Dozens of robots. No way to compare them.

The French service robotics market remains fragmented: manufacturers are numerous, most distributors represent a single brand, and a robot that is not connected to the facility's systems stays underused. Choosing the right model therefore means analyzing real-world flows before comparing catalogs. That is the role of a multi-brand integrator like Elio.

  • A fragmented offering

Dozens of models from many manufacturers, with spec sheets that are hard to compare with one another.

  • Product-driven advice

Most distributors represent a single brand: their recommendation starts from their catalog, not from your needs.

  • Robots left unintegrated

A robot that is neither connected to your systems nor monitored over time ends up underused, and the return on investment never comes.

02 — Our method

Four steps, a deliverable at each one.

Each step answers a specific question and ends with a concrete deliverable. You decide whether to continue at the end of each phase.

  1. Assessment and shortlist

    1 week

    “What do you really need?”

We take the time to understand your business, then analyze your on-site flows in detail: volumes, activity peaks, space constraints and existing tools. We then shortlist suitable robots from several manufacturers. No selling during this phase.

    Deliverables

    • Detailed needs analysis
    • Robot shortlist
    • Model comparison

  2. Robot selection

    With you

“Which robot should you choose, and under which option?”

We present the shortlist and decide together on the robot or robots to retain. You also choose the option: buying the robot, or renting it for a monthly or quarterly fee with a 36-month commitment.

    Deliverables

    • Selected robot(s)
    • Purchase or rental
    • Decision made together

  3. Free demonstration

    At your site

“Does the robot really work at your site?”

We come to your site with test robots for a free demonstration in your real-world conditions: your spaces, your flows, your teams. You see the robot at work before committing.

    Deliverables

    • On-site demonstration
    • Test robots provided
    • Free of charge

  4. Maintenance and after-sales service

    Ongoing

“Who steps in if the robot stops?”

Our engineers, based in France, handle preventive and corrective maintenance. 70% of incidents are resolved remotely, on-site hardware interventions take place within 48 hours, and the robot is replaced if it cannot be repaired.

    • Replacement if needed

03 — Our commitments

What never changes, whatever the robot.

  • Independent from manufacturers

We work with many manufacturers, with no exclusivity. We recommend the robot that fits your needs. If none does, we tell you.

    World-leading manufacturers

  • Purchase or rental, to suit your needs

You buy the robot, or rent it for a monthly or quarterly fee with a 36-month commitment including installation, maintenance, insurance and replacement. When renting, you adjust the fleet to your seasonality.

    Monthly or quarterly fee

  • A robot connected to your systems

A standalone robot stays underused. We connect every deployment to your tools (POS, hotel PMS, ERP, WMS) and bring its performance data into a dashboard.

    IT integration included

  • Local maintenance, never subcontracted

Engineers based in France, spare parts in France, hardware response within 48 hours. 70% of incidents are resolved remotely. If the robot cannot be repaired, we replace it.

05 — The team

Engineers in the field, not an online catalog.

The people who carry out your assessment are the ones who integrate the robot, train your teams and step in when it breaks down. A single point of contact, from the first call to day-to-day operations.

“Our commitment: stay independent, stay technical, stay local.”

The Elio Robot team

A manufacturer can only recommend its own models. A multi-brand integrator like Elio compares several manufacturers on the same criteria and selects the robot suited to each task. It also handles installation, the on-site demonstration and after-sales service, which direct sales rarely cover.

For one week, an Elio engineer works to understand your needs and analyzes your on-site flows in detail: volumes, activity peaks, aisle widths, elevators and existing tools. The outcome is a shortlist of suitable robots from several manufacturers.

No. The robot or robots are chosen with you, then a free demonstration at your site lets you see them working before any commitment. The assessment may also conclude that a robot is not relevant in your case; if so, we will tell you.

Yes. We come to your site with test robots, free of charge, so you can judge the robot in your real-world conditions before deciding.

Elio, directly. Our engineers, based in France, come on site within 48 hours for hardware issues, 70% of incidents are resolved remotely through software, and the robot is replaced if it cannot be repaired.

Both are possible: buying the robot, or renting it for a monthly or quarterly fee with a 36-month commitment, including installation, maintenance, insurance and replacement in case of failure. The option is chosen at the same time as the robots.

Let's start with your site.

One week of assessment to find out whether robotics makes sense in your case, then a free demonstration at your site. No commitment.
